Uncharted will be available to stream on Netflix next month.
Netflix has announced that it will be adding Uncharted to the streaming platform on July 15th. Based on the popular PlayStation video game franchise, it stars Tom Holland as Nathan Drake and Mark Wahlberg as Sully. Uncharted was released in theaters earlier this year. Read our Movie Review.
Synopsis
Street-smart Nathan Drake is recruited by a seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan. He needs Drakes’s help to recover a fortune amassed by Ferdinand Magellan that was lost 500 years ago by the House of Moncada. What starts as a heist job becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize. They must get the fortune before the ruthless Santiago Moncada, played by Antonio Banderas, does, who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world’s oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate’s long-lost brother…but only if they can learn to work together.
