Maverick, the Top Gun sequel, was released in theaters on May 27th and opened up with $126,707,459 domestically. As of today, it has made over half a billion dollars. Its worldwide box-office total is currently $548,604,000. On its second weekend, Top Gun: Maverick brought in domestically $85,999,989.
