The Santa Clauses is a new series coming this November.
The Disney Original Series, “The Santa Clauses,” will be streaming soon on Disney+. Originally announced, Tim Allen and Elizabeth Mitchell will reprise their roles as Santa Claus (Scott Calvin) and Mrs. Claus (Carol). In addition, a new cast will join the series, featuring Austin Kane and Elizabeth Allen Dick (Tim Allen’s real-life daughter) as Cal and Grace, the two children of Santa and Mrs. Claus. David Krumholtz, who played Benard the elf in the 1994 and 2002 films, is also returning. Additionally, Kal Penn will play Simon Choski. He is a single father, ambitious game inventor, and product developer. His visit to the North Pole dramatically impacts the direction of his life. Rupali Redd plays the role of Grace, his angelic daughter, with a love for Santa and all things Christmas. Devin Bright joins the cast as Noel, Santa’s trusted right-hand elf, and Matilda Lawler as Betty, Santa’s demanding Chief of Staff and job-oriented Elf. The Santa Clauses, streaming on November 16th with a two-episode premiere. Watch the teaser below.
“The Santa Clauses” is set sometime after the events of “The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clauses. It picks up with Scott Calvin on the brink of his 65th birthday. Realizing he can’t be Santa forever as he suddenly starts to lose his Santa magic, he sets out to find a suitable replacement Santa while preparing his family for a new adventure in life south of the North Pole.
