The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder premieres on Disney+ in 2022.
The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will bring high-voltage star power with the eagerly-awaited revival of the groundbreaking hit animated series. The beloved original series celebrates its 20th anniversary today, with all previous seasons available on Disney+.
The guest-starring voice cast will feature big names such as: Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Chance the Rapper, Normani, Tiffany Haddish, Anthony Anderson, Gabrielle Union, Al Roker, and many more.
Additional recurring stars on The Proud Family include Asante Blackk as Penny’s boyfriend, Kareem, “A Boogie” Dubose as Maya’s gamer brother, Francis “KG” Leibowitz-Jenkins; Raquel Lee Bolleau, who reprises her role as Nubia Gross; and Marcus T. Paulk, who reprises his role as Penny’s classmate Myron.
Cast members reprising their roles from the original series are: Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar Proud, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy Proud, JoMarie Payton as Suga Mama, and Cedric the Entertainer as Uncle Bobby.
