The Flash’s Ezra Miller delivers the first public statement.
Variety has shared the first news of a public statement from The Flash star Ezra Miller. Miller has been in severe legal heat for quite a while after multiple violent incidents, not one but two arrests, and horrific allegations. However, The Flash is still expected to open in theaters on June 23rd, 2023. It stars Miller, Michael Keaton, Ben Affleck, and Kiersey Clemons. Warner Bros executives were scrambling to decide what to do with the upcoming film that had too much negativity surrounding it. However, many DC fans are still furious that Batgirl got canceled, and The Flash is still moving forward. Read Miller’s statement below!
“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment. I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”
