20th Century Studios released a new trailer for the highly anticipated sci-fi action thriller, “The Creator.” It is by director Gareth Edwards, known for his work on “Rogue One” and “Godzilla.” The film boasts a stellar starring cast that includes John David Washington and Gemma Chan. Also in the film are Ken Watanabe, Sturgill Simpson, Madeleine Yuna Voyles, and Allison Janney. “The Creator” promises an epic and thought-provoking cinematic experience and will be in theaters on September 29th, 2023. Synopsis
Amidst a future war between the human race and the forces of artificial intelligence, Joshua (Washington), an ex-special forces agent grieving his wife’s disappearance (Chan), is recruited to hunt down and kill the Creator. The elusive architect of advanced AI has developed a mysterious weapon with the power to end the war… and mankind itself. Joshua and his elite operatives journey across enemy lines into the dark heart of AI-occupied territory. However, they discover the world-ending weapon he’s been given instructions to destroy is an AI in the form of a young child.
