Ted Lasso Season 3 – Teaser Trailer

AFC Richmond is back on the pitch in season 3 of Ted Lasso.

Apple TV+ just released the teaser trailer for season 3 of Ted Lasso. The show has one back-to-back Emmy Award winner for the first two seasons. Today it was announced the new season would premiere on Wednesday, March 15th 2023. It will be followed by new episodes weekly, every Wednesday. In the series, Jason Sudeikis plays Ted Lasso. He is a small-time college football coach from Kansas hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, despite having no experience coaching soccer. Watch the teaser below for the the12-episode third season.

Synopsis

The newly-promoted AFC Richmond faces are ridiculed as media predictions widely peg them as last in the Premier League. Nate (Nick Mohammed), now hailed as the “wonder kid,” has gone to work for Rupert (Anthony Head) at West Ham United. In the wake of Nate’s contentious departure from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) steps up as assistant coach alongside Beard (Brendan Hunt). Meanwhile, while Ted (Jason Sudeikis) deals with pressures at work, he continues to wrestle with his issues back home. Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) is focused on defeating Rupert, and Keeley (Juno Temple) navigates being the boss of her PR agency. Things seem to be falling apart on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to give it their best shot anyway.
