SHAZAM! Fury of the Gods will be in theaters on March 2023.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods continues the story of teenage Billy Batson, who, upon reciting the magic word “SHAZAM!,” is transformed into his adult Super Hero alter ego, Shazam. David F. Sandberg directs the film. It was initially set to be in theaters on December 21, 2022, but now it will be released on March 17, 2023. This is not the only DC film to get pushed back. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is now set to be released Christmas 2023. Returning for the Shazam! sequel are Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Adam Brody, Ross Butler, Meagan Good, D.J. Cotrona, Grace Caroline Currey, Faithe Herman, Ian Chen, Jovan Armand, Marta Milans, Cooper Andrews, and Djimon Hounsou. Rachel Ziegler, Lucy Liu, and Helen Mirren join the returning cast.
