Marvel brings back the legendary Secret Wars saga.
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the “Secret Wars” storyline, Marvel is releasing a thrilling new limited series. It is titled “SECRET WARS: BATTLEWORLD” and will take readers back to Battleworld for an all-new adventure. The original “Secret Wars” storyline came from Jim Shooter, Mike Zeck, and Bob Layton. It was a groundbreaking crossover event that pitted Marvel’s heroes and villains against each other on the mysterious planet known as Battleworld. The all-powerful Beyonder orchestrated the epic conflict, forever changing the course of Marvel history.
Former Marvel Comics editor-in-chief Tom DeFalco returns.
DeFalco, who edited the original “Secret Wars,” will pen this new limited series alongside acclaimed artist Pat Olliffe. Battleworld promises to unravel never-before-told secrets hidden within the enigmatic Battleworld.
