The series will feature music by Anamanaguchi. They are known for their work on “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game.” Joseph Trapanese will also be adding a vibrant and energetic soundtrack to the adventures.

Despite the passing years, the Scott Pilgrim franchise has continued to capture the hearts of a devoted fan base since its debut in 2004. “Scott Pilgrim Takes Off” follows the titular character’s journey of love as he falls for Ramona Flowers, a New Yorker with a complicated past. Scott must face the challenge of defeating her seven formidable evil exes to win her heart. This anime adaptation offers a fresh spin on the beloved story, capturing the essence of the original while introducing new creative elements. Director Edgar Wright, who helmed the live-action film, expressed his excitement about the project, noting that the anime format opens the door to innovative storytelling beyond a simple adaptation.
