Sam Neill is being treated for stage-3 blood cancer.

The Guardian chatted with Jurassic Park star Sam Neill who revealed his diagnosis. He has received chemotherapy after being diagnosed with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. He was diagnosed with stage 3 blood cancer in 2022. A Chemo treatment drug he has been taking seems to be working, but he has to take it every month for the rest of his life. This news comes as the actor is set to release his memoir “Did I Ever Tell You This?” He posted an update on his Instagram today that he has been in remission for the past eight months.
Neill is best known for his role as Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park films. H also starred in films such as My Brilliant Career, Omen III: The Final Conflict, Possession, A Cry in the Dark, Dead Calm, The Hunt For Red October, The Piano, In the Mouth of Madness, and Event Horizon. In 2022, Neill reprised his most iconic role in Jurassic World Dominion.
