Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken, is the latest from DreamWorks.
This summer, DreamWorks Animation dives into the turbulent waters of high school with Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken starring Lana Condor. It is a hilarious, heartfelt action comedy about a shy teenager who discovers that she’s part of a legendary royal lineage of mythical sea krakens and that her destiny in the depths of the oceans is bigger than she ever dreamed. The movie also stars an extraordinary cast that includes Jaboukie Young-White, Toni Collette, Annie Murphy, Jane Fonda, Colman Domingo, Sam Richardson, and Blue Chapman. The film was directed by Kirk DeMicco, best known for The Croods. It will be in theaters on June 30th, 2023. Watch the trailer below.
