Adult Swim delves into the anime multiverse with Rick and Morty series.
Adult Swim has greenlit Rick and Morty: The Anime from director Takashi Sano (Tower of God). The new series is based on the Emmy-award-winning adult animated series. The Anime is a 10-episode adventure debuting on Adult Swim and HBO Max. The anime will stand as an original work with themes and events adapted from the main series. It will tell a new story about this family and give them new adventures. The series is in production and will premiere on Adult Swim and HBO Max.
