20th Century Studios presents “Quiz Lady,” a comedy film set to premiere on November 3, 2023. The film stars an ensemble cast of big talent. Awkwafina, Sandra Oh, Jason Schwartzman, and Will Ferrell star in the movie. Also featured are Holland Taylor, and Tony Hale. This original R-rated film promises laughter, emotion, and an unforgettable journey. It is directed by Jessica Yu and written by Jen D’Angelo. “Quiz Lady” is about a dysfunctional family’s misadventures intertwined with their pursuit of a game show jackpot. The film follows a brilliant but tightly wound, gameshow-obsessed young woman, Anne (Awkwafina), and her estranged, train-wreck sister Jenny (Oh), who must work together to help cover their mother’s gambling debts. When Anne’s beloved dog is kidnapped, they set out on a wild, cross-country trek to get the cash the only way they know how: by turning Anne into a bona-fide gameshow champion.
