Quiz Lady will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The upcoming film Quiz Lady, produced by 20th Century Studios, is a heartwarming family comedy. It features an ensemble cast led by Awkwafina and Sandra Oh. The film follows the dysfunctional yet endearing journey of Anne (Awkwafina) a brilliant but tightly wound woman obsessed with game shows, and her estranged sister Jenny (Sandra Oh). The sisters find themselves uniting to cover their mother’s gambling debts, and when Anne’s beloved dog is kidnapped, their adventure takes a wild and comical turn. Their quest leads them on a cross-country journey to transform Anne into a true gameshow champion and secure the cash they need. The supporting cast includes Jason Schwartzman, Holland Taylor, Tony Hale, and Will Ferrell. It will exclusively premiere on November 3, 2023, on Hulu. Watch the trailer below!
