“Night Swim” will plunge audiences into a spine-tingling, supernatural thriller. It explores the depths of fear lurking just below the surface. The film is from Atomic Monster and Blumhouse. They are the masterminds behind “M3GAN.” This eagerly anticipated film promises to be a heart-pounding cinematic experience. Watch the trailer below!
The story revolves around Ray Waller(Wyatt Russell). He is a former major league baseball player facing an uncertain future due to a degenerative illness. Seeking solace and a fresh start, Ray relocates his family – his concerned wife Eve ( Kerry Condon), teenage daughter Izzy, and young son Elliot – to a new home. Their initial hopes for a peaceful life are pinned on the shimmering backyard swimming pool, offering recreation for the kids and therapeutic benefits for Ray.
However, as the tagline suggests, “Everything you fear is under the surface,” this seemingly idyllic pool conceals a sinister secret from the past. This evil force will drag the Waller family into unimaginable terror when unleashed. The feature film is based on the acclaimed 2014 short film by Rod Blackhurst and Bryce McGuire, With a talented cast led by Russell and a production team that includes James Wan, the visionary behind “Saw,” “Insidious,” and “The Conjuring” franchises, as well as Jason Blum, the creative force behind “Halloween,” “The Black Phone,” and “The Invisible Man,” expectations are running high.
