Neal Adams has passed away at age 80.

On April 28th, 2022, Neal Adams passed away at the age of 80 due to sepsis. Adams is best known for his work on Batman, Superman, and Green Arrow for DC Comics. He was the co-founder of the graphic design studio Continuity Associates and was a creators-rights advocate. Adams began working in 1960 for Archie Comics and began working for DC in 1967. He was the creator behind Ra’s al Ghul and the League of Assassins. In 1998 he was inducted in the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame. Then in 1999 he was inducted in the Harvey Awards’ Jack Kirby Hall of Fame.
