Beetlejuice Sequel To Star Jenna Ortega And Orginal Cast

Jenna Ortega to reunite with Tim Burton for Beetlejuice sequel.

Deadline is reporting that Jenna Ortega will join Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice sequel. Fresh from her starring role in Burton’s Wednesday series, Ortega would be a great addition to the sequel. She would play the daughter of Lydia, played by Winona Ryder, who is reprising her role. Michael Keaton will also return as Beetlejuice. Production will begin in London in a few months.

Original Synopsis

After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house. When the unbearable Deetzes (Catherine O’Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose “help” quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.
