SCREAM 6 to bring back Hayden Panettiere’s Kirby Reed.
Another SCREAM character is returning for the sixth installment, according to THR. Hayden Panettiere who played Kirby Reed has signed on for the sequel. Her character survived in SCREAM 4. Fans thought Hayden Panettiere would return for this year’s movie. In addition, the new generation of actors seen in the 5th installment who survived will also be returning. Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, and Jenna Ortega have all been confirmed. We will see their characters leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter. Courteney Cox also confirmed that she would be returning for the 6th installment as Gale Weathers. Scream 6 is filming this summer and will be released in theaters March 31st 2023.
