The story will lead us through biblical times, Victorian Edinburgh with its grave-robbing secrets, the harrowing days of the Blitz in 1940s England, and the modern era. This season will explore the complexities of Aziraphale and Crowley’s relationship through the ages.
Synopsis
The plot thickens as Crowley grows wary of the archangel’s unexpected visit. However, Aziraphale is determined to help Gabriel recover his memory and discover the reason behind his condition. Little do they know that harboring an archangel from Heaven and Hell will lead to unforeseen consequences. It will turn their lives upside down again. To tackle this enigmatic puzzle and confront the powers of Heaven and Hell, Aziraphale and Crowley must rely on each other’s strengths and camaraderie more than ever before.
As expected, the series brings back the exceptional talents of Michael Sheen and David Tennant. They play the lovable duo Aziraphale and Crowley. Joining them is Jon Hamm as the enigmatic archangel Gabriel. Additionally, Doon Mackichan returns as the archangel Michael and Gloria Obianyo returns as the archangel Uriel. The return of some familiar faces, including Miranda Richardson as demon Shax, Maggie Service as Maggie, and Nina Sosanya as Nina. The new additions to the cast are Liz Carr as angel Saraqael, Quelin Sepulveda as angel Muriel, and Shelley Conn as demon Beelzebub.
