Gen V, The Boys Spin-Off, Coming To Prime Video This September

Characters from The Boys will appear in Gen V.

Prime Video will premiere The Boys spin-off series, Gen V, starting with three episodes on September 29, 2023. The show takes place at Godolkin University. It is the only college in America exclusively for young-adult superheroes under Vought International’s watchful eye. The series explores the first generation of heroes’ origins, discovering Compound V and learning their powers were artificially bestowed upon them. As the competitive young heroes vie for the top spot at the university, they face moral dilemmas. They discover that being a hero isn’t as clear-cut as they once believed. The students must confront their fates and decide the kind of heroes they want to become while unraveling secrets and facing dark truths. Watch the teaser trailer below!

The impressive ensemble cast includes Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi. Fans of The Boys will also recognize guest stars Clancy Brown and Jason Ritter and appearances by Jessie T. Usher, Claudia Doumit, Colby Minifie, and P.J. Byrne. They all reprise their roles from the original series. Gen V promises to provide an enthralling and immersive viewing experience. The epic season finale will premiere on November 3rd.
