Fletch Made Famous By Chevy Chase Gets Rebooted With Jon Hamm

Confess, Fletch is a Rated-R comedy coming to theaters.

Jon Hamm stars as the roguishly charming and endlessly troublesome Fletch in Confess Fletch. It is based on Gregory Mcdonald’s popular Fletch novels. Chevy Chase previously played the character in 1985 and 1989. In this film, he becomes the prime suspect in a murder case while searching for a stolen art collection. The only way to prove his innocence? Find out which of the long list of suspects is the culprit. They range from the eccentric art dealer and a missing playboy to a crazy neighbor and Fletch’s Italian girlfriend. Crime has never been this disorganized. The film also stars Roy Wood Jr., Annie Mumolo, Ayden Mayeri, Lorenzo Izzo, Kyle MacLachlan, and Marcia Gay Harden. It will be in theaters and digital on September 16th. Watch the trailer below!
