Louis Leterrier is set to be the new director of Fast X.
The 10th Fast and Furious, titled Fast X, has serious troubles. Shortly after the title was revealed, production was underway. Soon after, Director Justin Lin announced he was stepping down. In a statement released on social media, Lin said that he has made the difficult decision to step back as the director but will remain as a producer. It is said he is stepping away due to creative differences. Still, new reports say that Vin Diesel is the problem, again.
Daily News reports that their source has said Diesel shows up late to the set, does not know his lines, and is out of shape. Now we have the next director taking the wheel of the franchise. Universal is planning to make Louis Leterrier the director of Fast X. Leterrier is known for, The Incredible Hulk, Transporter 1 & 2, Now You See Me, and Clash of the Titans. Fast X will hit theaters on May 19th, 2023.
