Dune: Part Two will be in theaters in 2023.
The sequel to 2021’s DUNE has officially begun production. Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, and Javier Bardem return for Dune 2. Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh, and Austin Butler are the most prominent names to be part of the sequel. The first film was our 2021 pick for the Sci-Fi of the Year Award. The follow-up film will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee. Dune: Part Two will be in theaters on November 17th, 2023.
