Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness opens up with an impressive box office. The Doctor Strange sequel raked in $185,000,000 domestically and $265,000,000 internationally. Accumulating $450,000,000 globally, the MCU proves that people want to experience movies in theaters. The sequel, directed by Sam Raimi, stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olson, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, and Xochitl Gómez. This is Raimi’s first return to the superhero genre since his Spider-Man trilogy.
