DC Animated shows no sign of slowing down on projects.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment had some fun DC Animated announcements during San Diego Comic-Con. First was the premiere of “Green Lantern: Beware My Power.” The screening was followed by a panel discussion amongst actors Aldis Hodge (John Stewart/Green Lantern), Jimmi Simpson (Green Arrow), Jamie Gray Hyder (Hawkgirl), and Brian Bloom (Adam Strange).
Green Lantern: Beware My Power is Hodge’s first animated feature film starring role. He even surprised the crowd with a recital of the Green Lantern Oath.
Later in the panel, the final DC Animated Movie of the year, Batman and Superman: Battle of the Super Sons, was highlighted. It is coming this Fall on October 18th. Finally, the panel was closed out with DC Universe Movies and DC Animated Movies for the following year.
These are the film titles that are coming in 2023:
- Legion of Super-Heroes
- Batman: The Doom That Came To Gotham
- Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes and Huntsmen, Part One
- Justice League: Warworld
