Jamie Foxx is a vampire hunter in the Netflix film Day Shift.
Jamie Foxx stars as a hard-working blue-collar dad who wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted daughter. Still, his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income, hunting and killing vampires as part of an international Union of vampire hunters. The film is by JJ Perry, who will make his directorial debut with Day Shift. He is known as a second unit director and stunt coordinator for Fast 9, The Fate of the Furious, Bloodshot, and the John Wick franchise. The film also stars Dave Franco, Snoop Dogg, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Oliver Masucci, Steve Howey, and C.S. Lee. It will debut on Netflix on August 12th. Watch the trailer below!
