Coyote vs Acme will be in theaters July 21st 2023.
Coyote vs Acme is a Live-action, animated hybrid film starring John Cena set in the Looney Tunes world. Dave Green will direct it from a screenplay by Samy Burch, based on The New Yorker’s article “Coyote v Acme” by Ian Frazier. James Gunn is listed as a producer who helmed the Peacemaker series starring Cena after the success of Suicide Squad. It will be in theaters on July 21, 2023.
Synopsis
Wile E. Coyote, who after ACME products fail him one too many times in his dogged pursuit of the Roadrunner, decides to hires a billboard lawyer to sue the ACME Corporation. The case pits Wile E. and his lawyer against the latter’s intimidating former boss (John Cena), but a growing friendship between man and cartoon stokes their determination to win.
