A sequel to 2018’s Book Club is coming this year.
Book Club: The Next Chapter is the sequel to the 2018 movie. The comedy is written and directed by Bill Holderman. Rertruning for this film are Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen. This first film brought in $104 million worldwide against its $14 million budget, which makes sense to have a follow-up. The movie will be in theaters on May 12th, 2023. Watch the trailer below!
Synopsis
Four best friends as they take their book club to Italy for the fun girls trip they never had. But, when things go off the rails and secrets are revealed, their relaxing vacation turns into a once-in-a-lifetime cross-country adventure.
