Ana de Armas will star as Marilyn Monroe in the Netflix film Blonde. Andrew Dominick’s upcoming film is adapted from Joyce Carol Oates’ 2000 fictional retelling of the same name. It reimagines the complicated life of one of the biggest icons in history and blurs the lines between fact and fiction. The film artfully explores the tension between her public and private life. The film also stars drien Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Xavier Samuel, and Julianne Nicholson. Blonde, rated NC-17, premieres globally on Netflix on September 28th. Watch the trailer below!
