Batmobile replica based on 1989 Tim Burton film sold for $88,000

Over the weekend, Mecum Auction came to Houston, TX and offered hundreds of collectible cars. The 1989 Batmobile Replica is built on a Chevy Corvette and became the highlight of the auction. It is a street-legal replica of the Batmobile featured in 1989’s Batman built by Putsch racing that sold for $88,000/
