Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom is still releasing this year.

Prepare yourselves for an epic showdown as the full trailer for “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” drops this Thursday. It is the most anticipated sequel to the highest-grossing DC film ever. The film promises to be a thrilling ride. Moviegoers can mark their calendars for its theatrical release on December 20 2023. Director James Wan returns to helm the underwater world. He brings back the formidable ensemble cast, including Jason Momoa, Patrick Wilson, Amber Heard, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Nicole Kidman.

In this gripping sequel, the relentless Black Manta is still fueled by the desire to avenge his father’s death. He now poses a greater threat than ever. Armed with the powerful Black Trident and its ancient evil force, he stops at nothing to bring Aquaman to his knees. To stand a chance against this formidable foe, Aquaman must forge an unlikely alliance with his imprisoned brother Orm, the former King of Atlantis. Returning to their iconic roles, the star-studded cast continues to shine. Momoa reprises his role as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, who struggles to balance his responsibilities as the King of Atlantis and a new father. Wilson returns as Orm, Aquaman’s half-brother and former nemesis, forced into an uneasy alliance. Heard returns her portrayal of Mera, Atlantis’ Queen and the mother of the heir to the throne. Abdul-Mateen II embodies the relentless Black Manta, more determined than ever to seek vengeance. Kidman returns as Atlanna, a formidable leader with the heart of a warrior, while Dolph Lundgren and Randall Park reprise their roles as King Nereus and Dr. Stephen Shin, respectively.
