Anne Heche was involved in a severe accident one week ago.

Anne Heche has passed away. She was only 53. Heche was involved in an accident on August 5th that caused her severe anoxic brain injury. She has been in a coma since. According to Deadline, she was taken off life support after her organs were determined not damaged for donation. Heche is known for movies such as Six Days Seven Knights, Donnie Brasco, Volcano, and the remake of Psycho. She also starred in Wag the Dog, I Know What You Did Last Summer and The Juror. Another role she had in her career was on the soap opera Another World. She crashed her car into a house which caused it to catch on fire. However, everyone in the house was able to evacuate safely. Firefighters put the fire out and pulled Heche out of her, which took 65 Minutes.
