Angela Lansbury, ‘Murder, She Wrote’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast star, has passed away. She was 96 years old. Before her impressive TV career, Lansbury was a star on the stage. 5 Tony Awards while starring in productions like “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street,” “Gypsy: and “Dear World.” She was awarded the 6th Tony award as a Lifetime Achievement. Murder She Wrote lasted from 1984 to 1996. She received got 12 Emmy nominations for the starring role. Additionally, she voiced Mrs. Potts in the animated “Beauty and the Beast” in 1991.
